sample means a sample of a person’s breath,
oral fluid, blood or urine;
test means to provide or take, and test or
analyse, a sample;
testing procedures , under a participating
jurisdiction’s drink or drug-driving laws, means the requirements for
providing or taking, and testing or analysing, a sample under the
jurisdiction’s drink or drug-driving laws.
