Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Section 59 does not
authorise a police officer of another participating jurisdiction to require a
person in the State to provide a sample of breath or oral fluid for a
preliminary alcohol or drug test under that other jurisdiction’s drink
or drug-driving laws.
