The foregoing
provisions of this Act shall have no force or effect until so much and such
parts of the following Acts of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, that is
to say: — 13th and 14th Victoria, chapter 59, intituled An Act for the
better Government of Her Majesty’s Australian Colonies ; 5th and 6th
Victoria, chapter 76, intituled An Act for the better Government of New South
Wales and Van Dieman’s Land ; 7th and 8th Victoria, chapter 74,
intituled An Act to explain and amend the Act for the Government of New South
Wales and Van Dieman’s Land ; as severally relate to the Colony of
Western Australia, and are repugnant to this Act, shall have been repealed 12
.
