acting in the office of Commissioner or Deputy or Assistant Commissioner, or
of an officer or employee referred to in section 4(2) or (4), or a person
authorised to perform or exercise any function or power pursuant to this Act,
is not liable to an action or other proceeding for damages for or in relation
to an act done or omitted to be done, in good faith, in performance or
purported performance of any function or in exercise or purported exercise of
any power to which this Act applies.
