Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A licence shall be
signed and issued by the Commissioner and —
(a)
shall be in a form approved by the Minister; and
(b)
where it authorises the holder to carry on business under a name or names in
addition to, or in substitution for, the name of the holder, shall bear an
endorsement to that effect.
(2) Where the
Commissioner is satisfied that a licence has been lost or destroyed, the
Commissioner may, on payment of the prescribed fee, issue a duplicate of the
licence.
