(2) The Consumer
Credit Account is to be credited with —
(a) any
amount paid to the Account by a credit provider; and
(b)
income derived from the investment, under section 44A, of moneys standing to
the credit of the Consumer Credit Account; and
(c) any
moneys received by, made available to or payable to the Consumer Credit
Account; and
(d)
costs awarded to the Commissioner in a proceeding under this Act; and
(e)
costs awarded to the Commissioner in a proceeding under the Credit Act 1984 .
