CO-OPERATIVES ACT 2009 - SECT 244ZT

244ZT .         Remaining auditors may act during vacancy

                While a vacancy in the office of auditor of a co-operative continues, the surviving or continuing auditor or auditors (if any) may act as auditors of the co-operative.
