CO-OPERATIVES ACT 2009 - SECT 360

360 .         Notification of appointment of scheme manager

                Within 14 days after being appointed to administer a compromise or arrangement approved under this Part, a person must lodge with the Registrar a written notice of the appointment.

        Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
