Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
section 459, it is sufficient compliance with a requirement under this Act
that a document be lodged with the Registrar if the Registrar receives a copy
of the document by facsimile or electronic transmission.
(2) If the Registrar
receives from a person a copy of a document under subsection (1), the
Registrar may require that person to produce and lodge the original within the
time specified by the Registrar.
(3) If the person does
not comply with a requirement of the Registrar within the specified time, the
person is to be taken not to have lodged the document.
