Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A certificate of
registration of a co-operative issued under this Act is evidence that the
co-operative is incorporated under this Act and that all the requirements of
this Act in relation to registration have been complied with.
(2) This section does
not affect a provision of this Act for the winding-up or deregistration of the
co-operative or the cancellation of its registration.
