Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A member of a
co-operative is not entitled to avoid any obligation or liability as a member
under any contract, deed or other document entered into as a member on any
ground relating to minority.
(2) A person under 18
years of age is not competent to hold an office in a co-operative.
(3) A member of a
co-operative who is under 18 years of age is entitled to vote.
(4) This section
applies only to individuals.
