Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If an order under
this Division makes an alteration to the rules of a co-operative —
(a) the
alteration has effect as if it had been properly made by special resolution of
the co-operative; and
(b) the
co-operative cannot (despite any other provisions of this Act) without the
leave of the Supreme Court make any further alteration to the rules
inconsistent with the provisions of the order.
(2) On receiving a
copy of an order altering the rules of a co-operative the Registrar must
register the alteration.
