Supreme Court may, in relation to proceedings brought or intervened in with
leave under section 91 or an application for leave under that section, make
any orders it thinks just about the costs of the person who applied for or was
granted leave, of the co-operative or of any other party to the proceedings or
application, including an order requiring indemnification for costs.
