CAT ACT 2011 - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

                This Act comes into operation as follows —

            (a)         sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;

            (b)         the rest of the Act, other than the provisions referred to in paragraph (c) — on 1 November 2012;

            (c)         sections 5, 6, 14(1), 18(1), 22 to 24, 26 to 35, 41, 49, 55 to 60 and 86 — on 1 November 2013.
