Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The owner of a cat
that is ordinarily kept in the district of a local government may apply to the
local government for the grant or renewal of an approval to breed cats.
(2) An application for
the grant or renewal of an approval to breed cats is to —
(a) be
made in the manner and form prescribed; and
(b) be
accompanied by the fee, if any, prescribed; and
(c)
comply with such other requirements, if any, prescribed.
