CAT ACT 2011 - SECT 60

60 .         Execution of warrant

        (1)         A warrant may be executed by —

            (a)         the authorised person to whom it is issued; or

            (b)         a person specified on the warrant; or

            (c)         any other authorised person.

        (2)         A person executing a warrant must, at the reasonable request of a person who is, or appears to be, the owner or occupier of the premises, produce the warrant.
