33C .         Application of Legal Profession Uniform Law (WA)

                For the purposes of section 33B(5), the Legal Profession Uniform Law (WA) Part 4.3 Division 7 applies with any necessary modifications.

        Note for this section:

                There is no equivalent to this section in the Model Law.
