Where relief by way of
interpleader is granted in any court and it appears to that court that the
claims in question are matters to which an arbitration agreement (to which the
claimants are parties) applies, the Court must, unless it is satisfied that
there is sufficient reason why the matters should not be referred to
arbitration in accordance with the agreement, make an order directing the
issue between the claimants to be determined in accordance with the agreement.
