CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT 2004 - SECT 106

106 .         Removing child from State

                A person must not, without lawful authority, remove a child, or cause or permit a child to be removed, from the State.

        Penalty: a fine of $24 000 and imprisonment for 2 years.
