CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT 2004 - SECT 128

128 .         Records of children in CEO’s care to be kept

        (1)         The CEO must ensure that records are kept in respect of every child who is or has been in the CEO’s care.

        (2)         The records are to contain prescribed information.
