CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT 2004 - SECT 131F

131F .         Formal requirements

                A responsible parenting agreement must —

            (a)         be in writing; and

            (b)         specify the period covered by the agreement; and

            (c)         be signed by each authorised CEO, and each responsible person, who enters into the agreement.
