Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A person who is
aggrieved by a decision of the CEO to transfer a home order to a participating
State may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the
decision within 21 working days after the date of the decision.
(2) The State
Administrative Tribunal cannot extend the time fixed by subsection (1).
(3) The institution of
a proceeding for the review of a decision under subsection (1) stays the
operation of the decision pending the determination of the proceeding.
