(1) Subject to
subsection (3), the CEO must, as soon as possible, file in the Court a copy of
a child protection order transferred to this State under an interstate law.
(2) Subject to
subsection (3), the CEO must, as soon as possible, file in the Court a copy of
an order under an interstate law to transfer a child protection proceeding to
this State, together with a copy of any interim order made at the same time.
(3) The CEO must not
file in the Court a copy of a child protection order or of an order to
transfer a child protection proceeding if, under the interstate law —
(a) the
decision or order to transfer the child protection order or the order to
transfer the child protection proceeding (as the case requires) is subject to
appeal or review or a stay; or
(b) the
time for instituting an appeal or seeking a review has not expired.
