The registrar of the
Court must cause all documents filed in the Court in connection with a child
protection proceeding, and an extract from any part of the register that
relates to a child protection proceeding, to be sent to the Children’s
Court in a participating State if, under this Part —
(a) the
child protection order or proceeding is transferred to the participating
State; and
(b) the
decision or order to transfer the child protection order or the order to
transfer the child protection proceeding (as the case requires) is not subject
to appeal or review or a stay; and
(c) the
time for instituting an appeal or seeking a review has expired.
