Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The CEO may
provide a person with financial or other assistance if the CEO is satisfied
that the person is in need of such assistance.
(2) Assistance may be
provided under subsection (1) in such form, and on such terms and conditions,
as the CEO considers appropriate.
(3) Without limiting
subsection (2), in the case of financial assistance, the terms and conditions
may include provisions as to repayment and the recovery of outstanding
amounts.
