of —
(a) a
false or misleading statement in an application for assistance referred to in
section 235; or
(b) the
provision of false or misleading information,
money is paid to a
person under this Part that would not have been paid but for the false or
misleading statement or information, the CEO may recover from that person the
amount paid in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the State.
