CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT 2004 - SECT 25

25 .         Designation of authorised officers

                The CEO may, in writing, designate officers to be authorised officers —

            (a)         generally for the purposes of this Act; or

            (b)         for the purposes of a provision of this Act specified in the designation.
