If, before a child is
born, the CEO receives information that raises concerns about the
child’s wellbeing after the child is born, the CEO may cause any
inquiries to be made that the CEO considers reasonably necessary for the
purpose of determining whether action should be taken to safeguard or promote
the child’s wellbeing after the child is born.
