(1) It is a condition
of every protection order (supervision) that a parent of the child keeps the
CEO informed about where the child is living.
(2) A protection order
(supervision) may include conditions to be complied with by —
(a) the
child if, in the opinion of the Court, the child is able to understand the
condition; or
(b) a
parent of the child; or
(c) an
adult with whom the child is living.
(3) A protection order
(supervision) may include a condition requiring the child to live with a
specified parent of the child, but otherwise must not include a condition
about —
(a) the
person or persons with whom the child is to live; or
(b) who
is to have responsibility for the day-to-day care, welfare and development of
the child.
