(1) A party to the
initial proceedings may apply to the Court for the revocation of a protection
order.
(2) On an application
under subsection (1) the Court may, if satisfied that it is in the best
interests of the child to do so —
(a)
confirm the order; or
(b)
revoke the order; or
(c)
revoke the order and, subject to this Part, make another protection order in
respect of the child.
