Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Section 5(1)(g)
shall be deemed to include land to which section 17(1)(b) of the National
Parks Authority Act 1976 4 applied and which immediately before the
commencement of this Act was vested in, or under the control and management
of, the National Parks Authority, but not as a national park.
(2) The land referred
to in subsection (1) shall be deemed, as from the commencement of this Act, to
have been vested in the Authority by order under section 33 of the
Land Act 1933 1 and may be dealt with accordingly.
