Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A management plan
prepared by the Conservation Commission or the Marine Authority, whether
solely or jointly with an associated body, under Part V of the former Act has
effect as if it had been prepared by the Commission, or the Commission jointly
with the relevant joint responsible body, under Part V of the amended Act.
(2) Any steps taken by
the Conservation Commission or the Marine Authority, whether solely or jointly
with an associated body, under Part V of the former Act in relation to a
proposed management plan that has not been approved by the Minister before the
commencement day have effect as if they were steps taken by the Commission, or
the Commission jointly with the relevant joint responsible body, for the
purposes of Part V of the amended Act.
