Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts This Act shall be
construed as subject to the provisions of the Street Collections (Regulation)
Act 1940 (No. 55 of 1940), the intention being that any provision of that Act
or any regulation or by-law made thereunder shall be paramount to any
provision of this Act or any regulation or by-law made thereunder in the case
of repugnancy or inconsistency.
