Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts While it is in force,
an authority for a controlled operation or an integrity testing programme
—
(a)
authorises each officer participant to engage in the controlled activities
specified in the authority in respect of the officer participants; and
(b)
authorises each civilian participant to engage in the particular controlled
activities specified in the authority in respect of that participant.
