(1) A document
purporting to be an authority granted by the Commission is admissible in any
legal proceedings.
(2) A certificate
signed by the Commission stating that, on a specified date or during a
specified period, a specified person was authorised under this Division to
participate in a controlled operation or integrity testing programme involving
a specified act or omission is admissible in any legal proceedings and is
conclusive evidence of the matters specified in the certificate.
