Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Commission may
conduct an examination for the purposes of an investigation under this Act or
for the purposes of an investigation in respect of which an exceptional powers
finding has been made under section 46 and an organised crime summons has been
issued.
(2) Except as
specified in the Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000 section 60A, this
Part does not apply to examinations conducted by the Commission under Part 5
Division 2 of that Act.
