(1) Before beginning
to perform the functions of the office of Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner
a person is to take an oath or make an affirmation that the person —
(a) will
faithfully and impartially perform the functions of the office; and
(b) will
not, except in accordance with this Act, disclose any information received
under this Act.
(2) The oath or
affirmation is to be administered by a judge.
