Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A person who practises
any fraud or deceit on, or knowingly makes or exhibits any false statement,
representation, token, or writing to, a person called or to be called as a
witness before the Commission or the Parliamentary Inspector with intent to
affect the testimony of that person as a witness, is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 3 years and a fine of
$60 000.
