(1) An office called
the Parliamentary Inspector of the Corruption and Crime Commission is
established.
(2) The office is not
an office in the Public Service.
(3) The office is not,
and is not to become, an SES organisation under the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
(4) The Parliamentary
Inspector is an officer of Parliament and is responsible for assisting the
Standing Committee in the performance of its functions.
