Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
section 27 the Commission —
(a) is
to receive allegations of serious misconduct by way of —
(i)
reports under section 25; and
(ii)
matters notified under section 28(2); and
(iii)
received matters;
and
(b) may
initiate allegations of serious misconduct by way of propositions under
section 26.
(2) Before assessing
an allegation received by the Commission, the Commission may seek further
information about the allegation from the person making the allegation in such
form as the Commission thinks fit.
