(1) The Commission may
review the way an appropriate authority has dealt with serious misconduct, in
relation to either a particular allegation, complaint, information or matter
involving serious misconduct or in relation to a class of allegation,
complaint, information or matter involving serious misconduct.
(2) The appropriate
authority must give the Commission all necessary help to undertake a review
under subsection (1).
