Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The purpose of
Divisions 2 to 5 is to facilitate the investigation of a section 5 offence.
(2) The investigation
of an offence includes the investigation of a suspicion that the offence has
been, or is being, committed.
(3) Divisions 2 to 5
apply if the Commission has made an exceptional powers finding in respect of
the section 5 offence concerned.
