(1) In participating
in an organised crime examination, the Commissioner of Police is to be
represented by a legal practitioner instructed for that purpose, who may be
assisted by others not so qualified but who are under the direct supervision
of a legal practitioner.
(2) A person
representing the Commissioner of Police may, so far as the Commission thinks
proper, examine any witness summoned under an organised crime summons on any
matter that the Commission considers relevant to the investigation.
(3) This section does
not limit the operation of section 143.
