CORRUPTION, CRIME AND MISCONDUCT ACT 2003 - SECT 81

81 .         Part not applicable to juveniles

        (1)         None of the powers given under this Part can be exercised in respect of a juvenile.

        (2)         In this section —

        juvenile means a person who has not reached 18 years of age.
