Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Rules of
Parliament may require the Commission to report to each House of Parliament or
the Standing Committee, as and when prescribed in the Rules, as to the general
activities of the Commission.
(2) The Rules of
Parliament referred to in this section are rules that have been agreed upon by
each House of Parliament in accordance with the Rules and Orders of those
Houses.
(3) Rules of
Parliament made under this section must be published in the Gazette .
(4) Section 42 of the
Interpretation Act 1984 does not apply to Rules of Parliament made under this
section.
