Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The judge, or if there
is more than one judge a majority of the judges, may make rules for regulating
and prescribing the practice and procedure to be followed in the Court and for
regulating and prescribing all matters or things incidental or relating to
such practice and procedure or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for
the conduct of any business of the Court.
