Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The suspension of a
licence has effect on and from the day, or the day and time, specified in the
suspension notice until one of the following happens —
(a) the
suspension is revoked by the CEO under section 27;
(ba) the
suspension is revoked by the State Administrative Tribunal under section 25(6)
or on an application under section 30 for a review of the CEO’s decision
to suspend the licence;
(b) the
licence is cancelled under section 29 or 30B or expires;
(c) the
licence is surrendered in accordance with the regulations.
