Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The remuneration
and allowances of the Commissioner are to be determined by the Governor.
(2) Subsection (1) has
effect subject to the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 if that Act applies to
the Commissioner.
(3) The Governor may
determine the leave of absence to which the Commissioner is entitled and any
other conditions of service as the Commissioner.
(4) The remuneration,
allowances and conditions of service referred to in this section must not be
changed while the Commissioner is in office so as to become less favourable to
the Commissioner.
