Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) After the
Commissioner has complied with section 49 in relation to a report, the
Commissioner —
(a) must
publish a version of the report in a form suitable for children and young
people unless the Commissioner considers that it is not appropriate to do so;
and
(b) may
publish the report (including the version referred to in paragraph (a)) in any
way the Commissioner considers appropriate.
(2) The version
referred to in subsection (1)(a) may consist of the whole report or such parts
of the report as the Commissioner considers appropriate.
