17 —
approved company means a company approved under
clause 17A of the Agreement;
Commission has the same meaning as in the
Casino Control Act 1984 ;
probity approval notice means a notice issued by
the Commission under section 14.
(2) For the purposes
of sections 12 to 17 a person has a relevant interest in a share if, under
sections 608 and 609 of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth, the
person has a relevant interest in the share.
